The adventures of teenager Max McGrath and alien companion Steel, who must harness and combine their tremendous new powers to evolve into the turbo-charged superhero Max Steel.

Max Steel and Dr. Roberto "'Berto" Martinez, working for the global anti-terrorist organization N-Tek, have finally managed to locate their former enemy Psycho's base. Once inside, Max finds a device called the "Imploder": A machine that condenses all surrounding matter into a miniature black hole. Before Max can retrieve the machine, he's ambushed by hundreds of androids. A battle ensues, but 'Berto manages to remotely shut the androids down, saving Max's life.

Max Steel Camp's teams are named after the Greek alphabet: Alpha, Beta... Missions are divided into four categories: Earth, Air, Water, and Fire. Trials include abseil, paint ball, and kayak races. Contestants are 10 to 17 years of age. Participants learn strategy and technology, practicing extreme sports that Max Steel performs struggling for the planet conservation in a training camp where they face ecological issues. Max Steel Camp includes working with leading actors in indoor sets at Televisa Studios, Mexico City.
